Unlike digital printing methods, screen printing requires artwork preparation, color separations, and individual screens for each color in the design. Because of this setup process, orders are typically priced and produced based on apparel cost and quantities per color impression, making screen printing the most cost-effective option for larger runs.

Sublimation

Sublimation works best on white or light-colored 100% polyester fabrics for the most vibrant and detailed results. Apparel with a higher polyester blend can also be used, but the finished colors may appear softer and less vibrant depending on the fabric content. Custom Embroidery Services
Demented Graphics offers custom embroidery services for company apparel, uniforms, hats, jackets, polos, and branded merchandise. Through our production partners, we help bring your logo and branding to life with a professional, durable embroidered finish that is ideal for businesses, teams, and organizations.
Embroidery orders typically require a 12-piece minimum. Because embroidery is created using automated stitching machines, designs must be optimized for the embroidery process. Very small text, fine details, and gradients may not reproduce accurately, especially in smaller embroidery areas. Prefabricated items such as hats also have size and placement limitations based on the available embroidery area and the construction of the garment.
